Recently I unfortunately lost my grandfather to cancer. He was diagnosed back in January 2021 with stage 3 lung cancer. After a long and brave battle while given only 3 months to live, he fought until May 2022 after the cancer spread to his brain. This left an enormous whole in my family which hopefully by raising money for cancer research, will not have this effect on as many families in the future.
