Story
This October, I'm taking part in the 100 miles in October challenge in aid of the National Autistic Society.
As part of this challenge myself and my partner Leon will be climbing Mount Snowdon! Anyone who knows me knows how much I hate hills so this will definitely be a challenge!
There are so many incorrect preconceptions and so much misinformation about autism and the National Autistic society are doing some amazing work to change that! I was diagnosed with autism nearly 2 years ago so this is something that’s really important to me. There are 7 people on the I’m Autistic musical team so between us we’re going to cover 700 miles! This is really close to all of our hearts so anything you can contribute is so so appreciated.
The National Autistic Society are there to help the 700,000 autistic people in the UK and their families - be it running specialist schools, campaigning for improved rights or training companies on being more autism-friendly, they are dedicated to transforming lives and changing attitudes.
Anything you can donate is so appreciated, even if it’s just the price of a coffee. Thank you all so much for your support ✨🥰
