We support people to help rebuild lives after stroke.

Story

I'll be completing the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge in order to raise money for the Stroke Association. In August 2018, Dad suffered a major heart attack and multiple strokes whilst returning home from work in Africa. Over the past year, the Stroke Association have supported our family and it's safe to say that their work is invaluable.

However, I believe that there needs to be more awareness of the impact that a stroke can have on both an individual as well as their families which is why I have chosen to support this fantastic charity.
