Last year Owen's grandad was diagnosed with MND, and we have experienced what this disease can do to people and loved ones around them. 

Moto Neurone Disease affects 1 in 300, totalling 5,000 adults at once in the UK. MND is a fatal, rapidly progressing disease that affects the brain and spinal cord. 

We are running this half marathon to raise awareness and support research into the disease, as well as supporting those currently suffering from MND.
