Having had too many years away from proper exercise (and using the kids as an excuse), I'm running the Maldon Mud Race on 10Th June. 50% of the money we raise will go to the nominated charities set by the race event and 50% will go to our nominated charity, called Samuel's Charity. 

Samuel's Charity provide much needed light and happiness for children experiencing life threatening illness. Samuel's  dad, Martin, explains the charity's work much better than I could.
