The Hospice of St Francis Biggest Loser Challenge 2020 is a weight-loss and fitness Challenge that gives a select group of participants 12-weeks of support and guidance to change their lives, all while supporting their local Hospice.

Story

Hey internet friends, in memory of my Dad and the care he received during the end of his battle with cancer, I am working with a group of inspirational ladies to come together to raise money for the Hospice of St Francis who provide exceptional care to patients and families at the most difficult and confusing of times.

All I ask is for you to please give generously if you can, as their life-changing work is mostly funded by charitable donations.

Thanks 💜

—————————

The Hospice of St Francis provides FREE, specialist care to those who need it. They provide a place to thrive, and hand in the darkness, people to rely upon... they love what they do, and they love our support too. But they cant continue to provide this expert care without support from us, so i've committed to raising at least £500 for my part in this Challenge. It's not going to be easy; I need to overhaul my diet, change my exercise routines.. adapt my whole lifestyle! But with your donations, I will have excellent motivation to keep going. Please sponsor me however much you can. Thank you.
