Hi,

As you may or may not know I've recently come off of crutches after a long 7months! So I haven't had a chance to be doing much exercise!

BUT! In 11 days time on May 30th I will be running the BUPA 10k to raise money for WaterAid, they are an internationally recognised charity who aim to provide clean water and sanitation for African countries.

Please give whatever you can. It is much appreciated.
