We are moving further, faster to help everyone affected by a brain tumour

Story

Oliver was suddenly rushed to hospital on 08.01.22 where the doctor's discovered he had a brain tumour. The news was such a shock but everyone close to him still had so much hope he'd pull through, being as young and healthy as he was. Unfortunately the type of brain tumour he had, which was a glioma in the brain stem, had a different plan to the one we were hoping for.

It was so aggressive and almost certainly cancerous that Oli had no chance. I am so grateful that the hospital have the equipment so they could keep him fast asleep the whole time he was there & comfortable, and so he didn't know what was going to happen, and can only remember the 'tumour-free' life that he had had so far.

There is still so much more work that charities like The Brain Tumour Charity can do to try and find better ways to help people who are diagnosed with a brain tumour. And the support that they provide to those affected is invaluable to those who need it. It would mean a lot to us if you are able to donate and show your support in memory of Oliver.
