So I don't really do running as many of you will know, I dont have the physique!! But on the 1st of June I will run 1km on the 2nd I will run 2km and will continue to increase it 1km a day until I hit 30km. In the last week I will be running 189km. And a total 465km in 30 days.

This is a crazy challenge and I will need support to do this. So if you want to run with me (slowly) to keep me going then please let me know. 

I was/am moved by the terrible war in Ukraine and want to do a tiny thing to help.  If I can raise £10k it will pay for a new minibus to help transport refugees out of Ukraine to safety and also take supplies into the country. 

So far, circa 368,000 women and children have already crossed the border from Ukraine into neighbouring countries such as Poland and Hungary, but this is just the beginning. Many more thousands, even millions (estimated to reach 4 million) will become refugees as the situation continues to worsen.  RefugEase is already working on the ground delivering life-saving aid to the Ukrainian border, prioritising wherever is the greatest human need.A new minibus will mean we can help more people to safety. 

This war is not going to stop soon and more and more people will need help as the days, weeks and months roll on. Please think about how you would want this help if we were in this situation.
