On the 20th of June I will be attempting to ride 170 miles from London to Paris in under 24 hours. I'll be with a group of colleagues raising money for our respective charities.

I've always been heavily affected by Asthma so it's no surprise that cycling between countries is a challenge for my lungs. I've never let Asthma stop me from doing what I wanted to do, but like 5 million people in the UK managing the symptoms and treatment of Asthma is a daily struggle.

The British Lung foundation fund research into the causes of lung disease, improvement of diagnostics, treatments and cures providing hope for those with IPF,  COPD, Mesothelomia and childrens lung cancers.
