I was glad to see the back of 2022 after experiencing the worst year of my life so far, saying goodbye to my dad as he sadly lost his battle to cancer.

I made a point at the end of last year saying that I was going to challenge myself in 2023 like no other and use the year as an opportunity to 'give back' to the less fortunate as much as I possibly can.

So...on the 6th to the 10th September 2023, I will be travelling to Iceland with lots of other Lloyds Banking Group colleagues to trek 60km across 3 days through one of the planets most volcanic regions.

Lloyds Banking Group are joining forces with Crisis and the Simon Community to end homelessness for good. Every penny raised will help more secure the support they need to find a safe and secure place to call home.
