Oliver Pritchard is raising money for Shelter
Story
Hello my name is Oliver and welcome to my JustGiving page.
The reason I have chosen to run for Shelter is because Shelter supports homeless people across the UK.
3 BIG REASONS WHY I AM RUNNING FOR SHELTER
- Before the pandemic over 4,000 people slept on the streets in England.
- Over 90,000 households live in temporary accommodation in England - with now permanent home.
- At the start of the pandemic a household in England became homeless every 4 minutes.
Because of covid I am finding myself with a fair bit of free time during this 2nd lockdown. I felt that it was important for me to do something to give back instead of just sitting on my sofa watching the days go by. This is why I am diving head first into this challenge to make sure that I make a difference to peoples life. Any donations, small or large, will be greatly appreciated as I know it goes a long way to helping people without a home during this difficult period. I will keep you updated with my journey!
