Josh was my best mate and brother from another mother. Since he passed away his amazing Mum and friend Kris have teamed up and created a charity in honour of him. 

The charity is set up to buy a beautiful lodge somewhere in the countryside so that families and young people suffering with cancer can go and stay there free of charge and escape what can be the most difficult of times and try to have a bit or normality.

Over the next ten years I am aim to do one challenge a year to really try and help push on with the charity. Josh was literally my hero and I had the honour to see him battle cancer for many years. He used to spend so much time in the hospitals, never moaned and always wanted to help others and make them smile before worrying about himself. 

I couldn’t be prouder to be his best mate and want to try and help keep his memory alive and his charity growing and growing.
