Hi guys

In a nutshell, we've been offered the chance to raise some money for a great cause by doing something unpleasant and physically demanding... As usual.

We will be cycling from the centre of Birmingham to Cardiff city centre. This will take us two days, and we'll be camping overnight; sadly there are no hotels just over the Malvern hills!

This will be difficult, it will probably rain, and we won't even talk about hills and saddle soreness... But hopefully you can find it in your hearts to reward our efforts with a donation to Birmingham Children's hospital.

It's been a while since I tugged at your heartstrings to raise money for a good cause, but hopefully you agree that the children's hospital is doing amazing work and needs our support.
