11th of June 2022 I am going to be taking part in the South Downs Way 100, a 100 mile non stop point to point running race from Winchester to East Bourne, further than I've run before. I also want to take the opportunity to raise as much money as possible for a really worthy cause.

The work that Phyllis Tuckwell does is really amazing and so important to a lot of families, it is also a charity that I know has supported a lot of friends and family in tough times.
