Neither of us are runners, but if we move slightly quicker than walking so we guess it must be running. Before starting training in August neither of us could run more than a mile. So on October 18th we are going to try and run 13. 

In March 2015 Oli's mum Di died of a poor heart at 63. We are running to help in what little way we can to look after peoples hearts and our own.
