Sadly I lost my step-grandad Peter Allison to cancer yesterday (2nd October) morning. In the later stages of his battle he was wonderfully looked after by the staff and nurses at St David's Hospice in Llandudno. The hospice supports both the patient and the patients family at what is a very tough and difficult time for both. I am glad my grandad spent his last days here given the wonderful service he received and I would love to help the hospice continue taking care of people.

As such I will be running the Conwy Half Marathon on Sunday 19th November to raise funds.
