Dear Everyone, thanks for visiting my fundraising page. Any kind donations you can give will go to a great cause, helping Nightingale Hammerson in their work supporting elderly people in our community. As their slogan says 'You're only old once' and turning 30 has made me realise how quickly it happens to all of us! I have always enjoyed the challenge of running but have never entered any serious events (other than the odd 10K). My aim with everything in life is to always be fitter, faster, stronger and more capable, to never shy way from a challenge and to never take the easy way out. I'm going for a 3h40 finish time and all your kind support will help me to slog through the wind and rain between now and the big day.
