hook me up with some pennies. 40 miles is gonna hurt my bum. lots.

As I'm sure some of you are aware I'm taking part in a 40 mile bike ride from Flitwick to Cambridge in aid of british heart foundation, without the aid of any gears on my bike, totally single speed and fixed wheel, so no coasting down the hills!
