As a current serving Royal Marine of nearly 10 years, i have seen my fair share of loss and hardship within the Royal Marines family and have always supported the charity with donations in order to aid fellow Marines and their families through difficult times. This is a start but for me its not enough, so I instead decided to take up the tough event of climbing the national three peaks (Ben Nevis, Skafell Pike and Snowdon) in 24 hours to raise more money than i can donate myself. Hopefully together we can smash the fundraising target and get your support to all those who are in need of it more than ourselves and undoubtedly make a huge positive impact on their lives as i will strive to do myself.
