Story
With the world in lockdown and no barbers being open my loaf hair has risen and needed controlling so my youngest (Jack) decided he should cut my hair! Clippers ordered and so it began, he worked the sides and back well and then arrived at the point the top needed attacking! the long story short, it was buzz time! He said to me you should have done this for charity, so here is a retrospective appeal. With a great deal of charity raising going into the NHS I wanted to support a local charity that is struggling at this time. If you can donate that would be wonderful.
Sue Ryder Nurses and healthcare teams are always there for local people who are dying. They are providing incredible emotional support as well as specialist medical care to people who are finding themselves in unimaginably difficult circumstances. We are all facing something we have never faced before which is why Sue Ryder has launched an appeal to make sure that they are still here. I am asking you to give whatever you can afford at this difficult time. Every pound you give could make the difference to whether they can be there or not. It is that simple.
