I'm taking on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge for Movember on 10th September 2022. 

As most of you will know, I had the absolute pleasure of working for Movember until recently, and I feel passionately about the work they fund in supporting men's lives globally. I want to continue showing my support from the other side - recently my own Papa (dad) was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Fortunately (in comparison to others), caught in its early stages during one of his regular health check ups.

Not all men are aware of the risks or stats in prostate cancer diagnosis in men, or don't appreciate the importance of going for a regular PSA test, especially over the age of 50. Movember invest funds in EXTENSIVE work to raise not only awareness of the the symptoms and side effects of PC, but also in treatment options and useful lifestyle information.

I'm walking (possibly limping, huffing and puffing) for him and for all the other men impacted by prostate cancer, mental health issues and testicular cancer.
