Last year a very dear member of our family sadly passed away just before Christmas. The Rowans Hospice looked after Nan and made her as comfortable as possible on her last day with us and helped the family say goodbye. 

I'm fundraising for Rowans as a thank you for the amazing care they provided to Nan and for the brilliant work they do around the UK for patients and their families.
