Story
The Charity that we are fundraising for is Blueprint for All, an organisation who I have been supporting for a long time and who supported me when I decided to study Architecture. The Charity doesn’t believe that your race, ethnicity or background should limit what you can achieve in life and work directly to address some of the key challenges that hold people back. They work with schools, universities, community groups and employers to inspire and enable young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, aged 13-30 to pursue the career of their choice. From career advice to support gaining skills,
qualifications and the critical foundations required to ensure professional success, we aid young people on their journey to a fulfilling and successful career in the built environment.
I have actively avoided ALL RUNNING previous to taking on this fundraising challenge so the Marathon and training has not
been easy! Sameer and I have a joint fundraising page as we are fundraising/running together but our individual fundraising target is £2000 each and you can see in our pictures how even small donations make a huge difference to the young people receiving bursaries!
If you want to find out more about the Charity please take a look at their website and see the amazing work that they are doing to inspire and support Young people to enter professional industries.
