I am a Macmillan Clinical Nurse Specialist. I look after children with cancer and their families. I see the daily struggle that families go through when faced with every parents worst nightmare. When a child is diagnosed with cancer their world changes forever. 

I want to run the London marathon to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support who support my job role and without whom my job would not be possible. Your donation will provide essential funds for Macmillan. They help fund and train specialist nurses, who offer advice, care and support to children undergoing cancer treatment.. 

This will not be an easy challenge but I am determined to complete it. I am running in memory of the children we have lost to this devastating disease, in celebration of the children who have survived, and for their families who stand beside them.
