Story
October 9th will be the second anniversary of my soulmate Susan, losing her battle with a brain tumour.
To continue raising funds for the Brain Tumour Charity and help to raise awareness of this horrific disease, I have decided to take on a year long challenge.
I am looking to walk, virtually, from John O'Groats to Lands End, and back again, all in one year, a total distance of 1697.4 miles, including going via Dunfermline and Winchburgh as the most important places in our lives.
As well as this, on April 9th I am planning on taking on a Dawn to Dusk walk along the Fife Coastal Path, covering as many miles as possible in the 13 hours and 45 minutes between dawn and dusk.
The Brain Tumour Charity is the world's leading brain tumour charity and the largest dedicated funder of research into brain tumours globally. Committed to saving and improving lives, were moving further, faster to help every single person affected by a brain tumour. We're set on finding new treatments, offering the highest level of support and driving urgent change.
