26 Miles for John Stewart

Fundraising for Macmillan Cancer Support
The NRLA is sad to confirm that its Deputy Director for Policy and Research, John Stewart, passed away over the weekend of the 18th March after being diagnosed with cancer.
John was a brilliant man and a passionate advocate for the association.
Since his passing, the NRLA has been inundated with messages of condolence from across the industry and beyond, from those who knew and respected John. These include a number of our former colleagues who have all spoken warmly of the support and encouragement John offered them, both personally and professionally -something that is testament to the man he was.
In John’s memory – and to support a charity close to his heart some of NRLA Colleagues are taking part in 2, 13 mile walks to raise money for Macmillan.
