Story

Hello Friends!

As you might already know the upcoming ninth issue of NOUS will be all about "Home" touching issues like homelessness, cultural diversity and belonging. By taking part in the Manchester Sleepout we want to support this local charity by raising money for the Booth Centre in town and continue the discussion about how we live together in our society.

I would like you to join the team! Our aim is to raise a nice amount of money for the centre. Do you think we can manage £500? With your help for sure! If you can't join us physically or monetarily (but every pound counts) please spread the word with your mates and family. Every little helps!

We're a Manchester based magazine supporting conversations about mental health and mind culture in our bi-annual publication. In each NOUS magazine features short stories, poetry, essays and interviews on a specific topic which can affect our mental health. The new issue of NOUS will be out in December 2017. If you've experienced homelessness, have a migrant background or want to share your idea of home do get in touch with us. Our open call for written submissions is still open until 31st August 2017. www.nous-magazine.de

Much love,

Lisa
