A team of 10 of us are taking part in 'It's a Knockout' raising funds for Accord Hospice. The hospice provides palliative and end of life care to people and gives terrific support to their families in time off need.

Many of the team and their friends have personal experience of relatives being looked after in the hospice and the support they provide at times of great emotional stress.
