We (Michael and Bethanie) are cycling the famous North Coast 500 route in Scotland in 7 days to raise money for Ignite Life, a charity which helps young people overcome adversity by providing mental health support and mentoring. 

Three out of four young people don't have access to the mental health support they need from the NHS.

Ignite Life is a Bristol based charity which provides free counselling and other mental health support to young people who can't access care elsewhere. Disadvantaged children and young people often slip through the net and don't have access to the support they need to manage mental health challenges. 

We are cycling 500 miles along the coast of Scotland in 7 days to raise money for Ignite Life so they can continue to provide counselling and vital mental health support to vulnerable young people and their families. Jo, Alex and Chloe are following along in a camper van!!
