Story

Asalaamu alaikum,

As we approach our 3rd Ramadan without our mother this year, we would like to raise funds to build 2 community water wells in Pakistan through Ummah Welfare Trust as sadaqah jariyah for our beloved mother, Norin Shafi.

- Our target is £550 in order to build one 120ft deep water well.

- For 2 water wells: £1,100

Abu Hurayrah (RA) narrated that the Prophet (SAW) said, "When a person dies, his deeds come to an end except for three. Sadaqah Jariyah (a continuous charity), knowledge from which benefit is gained, a righteous child who prays for him" (Muslim).

The Messenger of Allah (SAW) also was asked "Which charity is the best?" he (SAW) replied, "Providing water". (Abu Dawud).

We hope that you will help us continue our mothers legacy by donating generously on her behalf or sharing this page. Please keep her in your duas in'shaa'Allah.

May Allah SWT accept your charity and reward you all. May Allah SWT reunite us all with our loved ones Ameen.

JazakAllah Khayrun.
