Story

On 31st July 2021, some of the staff of Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service along with their family and friends will be taking part in a 200 mile Motorbike Ride to raise money for The Firefighters Charity.

The scenic motorbike ride around Norfolk will commence at Kings Lynn Fire Station at approximately 10:00hrs making their way around the winding coast road to arrive at the sea front in  Cromer, at approximately 12:00-12:30hrs, which will be their first stop.

Departing at Cromer around 13:00hrs they will then follow the coast road to the next stop along the sea front at Great Yarmouth at approximately 14:00hrs before they then drive along the Norfolk border road down to the long bending roads of Thetford for the last stop before they head back to the start point at Kings Lynn Fire Station.

The last year has been hard for charities and Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service had to cancel all of the fundraising events they had planned to raise money for The Fire Fighters Charity.  The charity receives no government funding so it is relies on donations to enable it to continue to deliver the fundamental support it provides to the Fire Service community.

Any donation to sponsor the riders who are participating in this event will be greatly appreciated. Any donation will go along way to helping a charity that provides support to the Fire Service community in their times of need..

 Thank you
