Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Your support and donations to this charity are appreciated. MND is an evil disease and seeing someone go through it is not something I would wish for anyone. A disease that takes away all your independence, your speech and movement but leaves you in total control of your feelings, thoughts and mind. I truly hope a cure can be found and all donations will help aid this research. If not a cure, at least some form of treatment.

My Father in Law died from this cruel disease in April 2014 just 1 year after diagnosis. He had only just turned 60 in December 2013 and he died 4 months after his 3rd and 4th grandchildren were born. The disease meant he could only hold his grandaughter for a few minutes at a time had to be watched in case his arms couldn't cope her tiny weight. He could also no longer play with his eldest grandson who, at only 2 and a half when Noel was diagnosed,  was used to grandad rolling around the floor with him. It's a cruel disease and any help you can give us will be gratefully received.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
