Working with the SEN team in Durham has opened my eyes to the number of children with Special Needs who need support in Durham and the difficulties they often have finding this support.

I've chosen to raise funds for a charity that provides support for one particular group of Special Needs children.

Heel and Toe is a wonderful local charity who provide free Conductive Education therapy to children with Cerebral Palsy and other physical disabilities whom I have recently become aware of.
