Donations raised by the 100 Mile Walk will go towards strengthening the resilience and social cohesion of young refugees, internally displaced people (IDPs) and host communities in Lebanon and Iraq and will be matched by Bread for the World at a ratio of 6:1. Our partners are carrying out a three-year project working in the north of Iraq and the east of Lebanon. The project will focus on helping children and youth and people with disabilities gain access to the services they need to survive and flourish. This will be done by providing education, psychosocial support and vocational skills training. Your support will help us help displaced individuals a chance to start a new life and have a chance to rebuild themselves after the loss of losing their homes and experiencing marginalisation in the communities in which they now live.

We work with churches, individuals and local organisations in communities worldwide, supporting people of all faiths and none to rise out of poverty. We help people survive disasters, deal with the impact of climate change, find shelter from conflict and have a voice in their communities.
