Story

Hi I’m Noah!

On 7th November 2022, I had to say goodbye to my Dad who died from a brain tumour.

I’ve just turned 12 yrs old and there isn’t a day that goes by where I don’t think of him. I miss him so much and really want to help find a cure for brain tumours.

Dad was a kind, generous, funny and loving father. He taught me so much. Dad spent his adult life giving service to his country being in the Army and then in the Police.

I’m hoping to raise awareness by doing a challenge that Brain Tumour Research have set. It’s called 100 a day your way. The charity have suggested five exercises: squats, star jumps, sit ups, push ups or a plank and achieving 100 reps per day. I’ve chosen star jumps and a plank.

Please help me reach my goal of £137 which represents 5% of the cost of a days research at a Brain Tumour Research Centre of Excellence.

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer… yet just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this devastating disease. This is unacceptable!

I am fundraising for Brain Tumour Research as they are the only national charity dedicated to funding long-term, sustainable research in the UK. Please help me fund the fight. Together we will find a cure.
