On Saturday 16th September, the No1 Lounges Ltd London office team undertook the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge to raise money for When You Wish Upon A Star, our charity of choice for 2017-2018.

When You Wish Upon A Star is a wonderful charity that is dedicated to
granting ‘wishes’ to children living with life-threatening illnesses. Wishes
range from helicopter trips, being a princess or soldier for a day, meeting sporting heroes and celebrities, swimming with dolphins, visiting the Magic Kingdom at Disneyland and meeting Santa Clause in Lapland.  As you can see, wishes come in all shapes and sizes, but no matter what the child wishes for, the team at When You Wish Upon A Star will move mountains to make dreams come true. Since they were founded in 1990, they have granted over 16,000 wishes all over the UK, and through our Yorkshire Three Peak Challenge, we aim to raise £15,000 so that When You Wish Upon A Star can continue to bring smiles to the faces of many more brave young children and their families.

The Yorkshire Three Peaks was an intensely grueling physical (and mental) challenge which saw 22 members of the No1 Lounges Ltd London Office trek 24 miles through the famous Yorkshire Dales National Park ascending over 7,000ft to the summits of Whernside (2,415ft), Ingleborough (2,372ft) and Pen-y-gent (2,227ft) all in 12 hours!

Any donation, large or small, will be hugely appreciated and will help to create happy memories for children living with life-threatening conditions.
