My Dear well wishers I am running the 2023 Royal Parks Half Marathon on 8th october and the London Vitality 10k, over a fortnight,raising money for an amazing charity. As always I am asking for your support and sponsoring me raising lots of money for this brilliant cause🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️👨🏽‍🦯
