Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.Dan & I climbed Tryfan on October 20th '08. I expect that will be the last time for me...it was sooo hard this time!The rain held off til the descent, then it hailed intermittently; but we knew we'd found the North Ridge because we nearly got blown off! We were able to make progress between gusts. Tryfan demands & deserves a great deal of respect. Dan hauled & pushed & got me to the top..thanks Dan! Mission accomplished!

I'd like to think that achieving my target of £1000 is possible; this was a big challenge for me, not least because of the pain in my knees these days.Research into meningitis costs £25 per hour, so £1000 should make a bit of a difference. So many people have told me of their experiences of this disease, & many don't make it.
