In April I am running the London Marathon...  A few things are certain about the day:  It will be really tough; I will doubt myself and want to stop; I'll loose at least one toenail and .. I won't win!   However, I hope overwhelmingly I will remind myself that I am unbelievably blessed that I am fit, healthy, happy and able to take on the challenge...

I have a lovely friend that I met through running, whose life and that of her family have been devastated by Pancreatic Cancer.  I would like to use my marathon opportunity to support a charity trying to find a cure for this cruel disease.
