Myself and 5 of my closest friends are doing the 25k Thames Bridges Walk this September in aid of the MND association. I am a palliative care support worker working for St Michaels Hospice in Basingstoke and I am part of the amazing MND team who support patients and families of those who are diagnosed with this progressive disease. There is currently no cure.
