This is Connor! In June 2022 Connor took his own life. There were no warning signs! In fact, Connor seemed to be happier than he had ever been and had lots of plans for the future. Even those closest to him did not know how he was feeling. In that moment that Connor decided to end his life, we all wish that he had taken just one minute to reach out and speak to someone! to anyone about what he was thinking. The Samaritans provide a vital 24/7 service for those struggling with living. The service is free, completely anonymous and the number will not show on a telephone bill.
If you are struggling, please reach out to someone. Don't keep quiet! If you suspect that all is not well with someone else, ask them how they are feeling and then ask them how they are really feeling again. It might just be the chance they need to open up.
