My Mum was diagnosed with stage 4 Glioblastoma, which is an aggressive form of brain cancer, which sadly took her life within 12 weeks.   Macmillan Cancer Support, were amazing to me and my family during this horrible time and also covered the cost of some of my Mum's medical expenses.  Without their support we wouldn't have been able to give my Mum the special care she needed in the final short weeks of her life.  This is why I am supporting this amazing charity and I would be grateful if you could help me.

A little more information about my challenge, the challenge was originally planned for Italy, however due to covid-19 has now been moved to France and the new route is from Lyon to Marseille, which is a slight more challenging route.  Although the trip  has already been moved 3 times we are now confident it will go ahead on the 26th September 2021.  The scary bit is the climb up Mont Ventoux (1912m), which is one of the most famous climbs in the Tour de France history, undisputedly the main challenge!!!
