I am Campaigning and raising money for Mind Mental Health because I myself have suffered with OCD, anxiety and panic disorders for 5 years and for rne first few I had no idea what I was going through, I was confused, scared and felt alone! I was diagnosed with severe ocd and quickly I realised how bad it had been, I  want to help others get through their own personal struggle like so many people did for me. Nobody should suffer in silence and it’s time we all came together to shut out the darkness! Let your voice be heard & never be ashamed of your story!  Let’s speak up even if our voices shake!
