As most of you are aware, I have been diagnosed with breast cancer and am going to lose my hair through chemotherapy. I would really like to do something positive and have it cut short before the treatment starts and then donate it to help little girls who lose their hair through cancer treatment. If a wig can not be made from donated hair then the charity will source one similar to that child's original hair and the cost of this is approximately £350. Therefore this amount is my target.
