In September this year, I will be swimming the English channel as part of a team relay in aid of Aspire. Aspire provide care for people whom have been paralysed by spinal injury for which there is no cure. Due to COVID, charities have had a huge financial hit in 2020 so any money you can spare is greatly appreciated and - having seen the work they do first hand - put to great use.

The channel is a distance of approximately 22 miles but could be much more depending on weather and currents where we will be braving the cold (no Wetsuits allowed) and the Jellyfish Blooms.
