Welcome to the Just Giving page for Nightingale F.C.

In April 2020, as every day life would change within the U.K. as lockdowns were announced, Nightingale F.C. was born. 

With so many risking their own lives to help and even save others, we felt it was the perfect opportunity to start building something that will give back to those that gave so much in our year of need. 

We simply wanted to give back and bring people together through all backgrounds no matter their beliefs, religion, colour, gender and age etc. whilst  supporting the NHS who are an example of what can be achieved when we all work together. 

Our NHS workers and volunteers work tirelessly and have done so for decades before the current pandemic. 

It is crucial we support them long after too. 

Nightingale F.C. has grown in terms of publicity at a fast pace and we are proud of our assembled squad which is a combination of NHS workers and key workers from around the Midlands. 

We initially set ourselves a target of £5,000 and have already carried out a 35mile walk from Sporting Bromsgrove to Villa Park and back via key hospitals. 

On 2nd May we kicked off our fundraising fixtures against Essex Charity Football Club and now have a busy schedule throughout 2021 which will see us travel all over the U.K. whilst hosting games at our home venue, The Arden Garages Stadium (Stratford Town F.C.)

All donations are most gratefully received, no matter the amount and we also appreciate any sharing of our story as we continue to grow and do all that we can to support NHS Charities Together around our day to day jobs. 

All funds raised go to NHS Charities Together, who support NHS workers, volunteers and patients throughout the UK.

We are always looking for donations of prizes for our events and also wish to support local businesses should you wish to get involved. 

We also offer matchday sponsorship packages as well as player sponsorship opportunities.

We have lofty ambitions and want to make this project as big as possible to celebrate all trusts across the U.K.

We are fully affiliated through the F.A. and we are proud ambassadors of Kick It Out. 

We are also delighted to be using our message in local schools to educate children about the importance of the NHS and how charity can play its part in providing for those that need help.
