Story
So as you all know all fundraising events are postponed. The charity is totally reliant and fundraising and is not government funded. The Nightingale is struggling like all charities and I wanted to do my bit to help. The Centre may be closed but they are still providing emotional and practical support over the phone (delivering prescriptions, directing people in the right direction with our local council to get food deliveries and just having a chat ). With so many of the clients are unable to leave their homes and knowing I can, I am going to accept the challenge and walk 26.2 miles in the 10 days we have got to 26 April. I have my adopted one Gemma Morgan living with me and doing the challenge alongside me. As I always say the pennies make the pounds!! So, anything you can donate I know will make a huge difference.
