The heartbreaking thought that we don't always consider is that on Christmas morning there are far too many families who cannot provide their kids even the smallest gift... 🎁
Over 2000 Families have responded or been referred to this appeal in South Ayrshire alone so it's time to use our power to help them see the joy we so often take for granted on our own children's faces
We have decided this year to support Night Before Christmas Campaign...
It's short notice and we need to move fast and work with the restrictions SO here's the plan
Lorraine Howie and I are going to attempt our FULL WEEKS programming (6 sessions) in ONE DAY

On Monday we will give it our all to help as many families as we can create some joy this Christmas
Are we ready?
Probably not but it's for a great cause 😂
All we ask is for you guys to dig deep and support us and help support some others less fortunate than you
You can join in from home if you fancy?
We can tailor the sessions to suit an at-home style so you too can show your support for our local kids
We will be working from the gym and attempting not to die in a pile of sweat and tears (ME)
EVERYTHING we raise will go towards helping these families so please if you can help us out and we will be truly grateful
