Story

Julian Deasy was a good guy.

He studied Accountancy at Cardiff University and those are both pretty solid choices in my book. He also married my cousin Sam and between them they have 2 of the most adorable children you would ever want to meet. Sometimes life just doesn't seem fair yet Julian's fight against cancer and the dignity he showed was a true inspiration to all of us.

I've never run.

That's not strictly true - I've run to the end of a cricket wicket when I've really had to but I preferred hitting 4s. I've sometimes come off the baseline to the net in tennis, but not that often.

I've walked 26 miles through London in a bra on the Moonwalk with 20k women - but this is going to be even more scary. So like Sam and Tim, I'm actually gonna run more than a few yards for the first time in my life.

Wish me well and sponsor me - else I'll send you those photos of me in a bra. And you really wouldn't want that!
